This included advising on getting the house ready to go on the market, to help during the period after an offer had been accepted. We have used them to sell two homes in Northfields and South Ealing respectively, and in both instances they achieved our asking price within one week, out-performing prevailing market conditions. From their first appraisal to sale completion, they provided excellent advice, overall marketing and regular feedback.
