TuckamCare Ltd is a new company set up to support adults 18+ in there own homes. We are passionate about promoting independence and ensuring that everything we do has our clients at the heart. We also specialise in complex and dementia care.

How long have you been in business?
My company is very new. We have been registered for only a few weeks but I am very keen to get going and provide high quality support.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
All staff will be provided with full PPE and sanitiser. Each new client will be provided a full care plan which will be completed following an assessment with each client and/or their loved ones.
What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that I am making a difference. I have worked in care and support for over 15 years and can honestly say I have never not wanted to go to work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have seen a lot of poor quality care and support in the past which has made me want to establish my own company. My passion to provide high quality support is very much in the ethos of my company and the team all reflect this.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am dedicated to providing high quality, person centred support. Too many companies are focused on profits whereas TuckamCare is focused on care.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
We are able to provide companionship calls remotely if this is wanted. However, we prefer the personal touch and would rather attend the call. Remote services will be charged at a cheaper rate.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff will be equipped with full PPE and risk assessments will be put in place to ensure that services are provided in a safe way.

Assistance with changing and/or dressing.
Continence care
Assistance with mobilising to and using the toilet/commode.
Incontinence support including disposal or used continence products.
Catheter care.
Companionship
Companionship either within the home or support to access the community.

Support for people with complex care needs, such as:
