It's a hard to describe how QiGong has helped me through this year. It has made me stronger. It is gentle to start with but gradually and at your own pace, gets more challenging. Michael Tse is incredible to watch as in each class he demonstrates certain forms. My fellow students are very friendly and welcoming. An though I'm not the quickest learner I do not feel I have to prove myself. Everything is at your own pace. More...
