Trusted Roofers recently replaced the gutters, facias and soffits on my Welsh Long House. Access to the house is difficult but the team did what they had to and made it work. Service was excellent and communication with Kevin was easy and straightforward. During the work, an issue was identified with the roof that needed repair; Kevin provided timely costings and the team delivered a high quality solution. Thanks Trusted Roofers! More...

Highly recommended. Reliable and thorough. We needed guttering which was causing issues at back of the house, but because of a perspex roof we were finding it difficult to get anyone to complete the work. No issue for Trusted Roofers. Arranged scaffolding and got the job done quickly. Also replaced facias and replaced some broken tiles. They made sure the perspex roof seals were all intact. Neighbours were so impressed they had theirs done also. Thank you More...

Q&As

Make sure the existing garage is structurally safe.
The walls must be in good solid condition, with no major cracks or damage. Some are too poorly built it might be cheaper to knock down and replace. If your considering converting a garage into a separate house, then planning permission may be required. We advise that you discuss such proposals with your local planning department to ensure that any work you do is legal and approved. The garage doors will have to be filled, if a window is going here then that will have to also come under planning . If there are no other windows on the any of the garage walls, then planning permission is not usually required. Access for the supply of electric and may be plumbing for heat. Whether or not the ceiling height needs to be raised. It is rare form a structural engineer to be involved.
