Communication from the Surveyor was excellent, they guided us through the process all of the way and kept us updated at every point. The survey was thorough and the surveyor made themselves available for any queries. There was a delay in receiving the full report due to a software issues at the office, but again, the communication about that was great, and we has already had the ‘headlines’ from a phone call with the surveyor, so that wasn’t a problem.
