Really appreciate Saskia & Taylor from Truly Clean, they are hardworking and nothing is too much trouble for them. The staff are very approachable and are very responsive to our requests. They dealt with a few spiders that I unwilling/unable to deal with. They are friendly and lovely to have a gossip with. The cleans are very thorough and efficient. They are receptive to feedback - the first clean was great, but the house didn't smell as I wanted - they next time they came to do the clean the house smelt incredible. I had the Truly Clean duo complete an end of Tenancy clean for my flat today. They did a spectacular job! Both are very friendly, polite and professional at what they do. They really take the customers concerns into account and checked everything with me before throwing things away;which really puts any customer at ease. I highly recommend this daughter in law and mother duo as they will leave your house shiny and smelling lovely after the clean. There are no hidden charges or costs. They keep to their word.
