Martin Ben and crew, were very professional, polite friendly and worked well together as a team. They worked non stop throughout the day to complete the job, they asked if we were happy all the way through explaining all the process as they went along, when they finished they checked we were happy with the result, they left everything clean and tidy. Would highly recommend Trulawn to anyone looking for artificial lawn.

4 lads turned up at exactly 8 this morning, led by Brian & Billy, the materials had already been delivered and they started straight away.
the skip arrived and all waste was removed,
kept me informed from the off and had discussions about how I wanted it finished, very polite,and professional throughout the day.

Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Jez was our consultant who showed us the samples, answered our questions and explained all to us. He didn't push us into a decision and we liked when he told us that an infill was not needed when other quotes did. There was confusion on the day of installation, we had to put it off as other work needed doing first. Billy, Brian and their team were brilliant, again explaining what the problem was. When we did get installation, perfection all the way, they cracked on with the task explaining each process along the way. They were all polite and friendly. They started at 8am and were completed by 2pm, leaving all clean and tidy. Thank you for a decent job guys. We have one thing we didn't like and that was a phone call within an hour of completion asking for final payment, which would release our warranty and aftercare instructions. We knew payment was due on completion, but we feel an emailed invoice would have been sufficient. Overall, we would recommend 100%, as they were recommended to us. Graham Dunstan More...

Incomprehensibly bad customer service. Ordered lawn (nearly £3,000) for delivery. Someone from Trulawn had already visited so was aware of our property lay-out. Emailed to confirm that a team would be able to carry the lawn to our back garden. No response. Phoned and received confirmation that the team would do that. When they arrived there was one driver who refused to help. Managed to drag 200kg lawn to our front patio. Emailed to ask for team to come back to assist. No response. Emailed again. No response.
