The team that carried out the work were friendly, efficient and good at their job plus everything was immaculate when they left despite the weather. The first installation was not accepted ,grass had not bonded, site was not levelled off and below the border causing water logging and sloped away drastically at one side. The grass had been cut 40mm short down one side and across the top. There was a hole in material. The product was excellent and after inspecting the complaint,the company sent a team who started from scratch and reworked the whole job and achieve the standard expected. We had artificial grass installed by another company in the summer, which we quickly found had multiple issues. That company then went bust. Fearing we would need to rip it all out and start again, we contacted Trulawn for advice. Their surveyor Charles came to our property and offered lots of advice on what the problems were and options we had, including what we could try and do so salvage the existing installation, so no hard sell. Unfortunately for us we couldn't fix what we had, so went back to Trulawn to ask them to do a new installation. That installation took place yesterday and what a difference! We've learned a lot over the past few months about the do's and dont's and I'm pleased to say as far as we can tell Trulawn have done everything right! The installers Adam and Connor arrived promptly, were incredibly professional and polite, completed the work very efficiently and did a great job of clearing up afterwards. The administration team at the Eversley office have also been incredibly helpful and efficient throughout. Only time will tell if the problems we had with the previous installation are behind us, but we are confident in the work that was done yesterday and are sure it will give us many years of good service. We have been absolutely delighted with the job that Nick, Dom and Patrick (TruLawn Cheshire) did in completely remodelling our back garden with an extensive patio, deck, Trulawn grass and raised beds. It looks fabulous. The guys worked extremely hard, super carefully, cleanly and enthusiastically throughout the job over a period of two and a half weeks. It was a pleasure to watch them work and to chat to them. The product was one that i thought best for me and the guy that came to measure up and the the quote cocered everything to do with the product. I have dogs so its important to have something that is going to drain well and will last the distance. The other thing i liked is that they didnt use wood but used a composite to nail the grass to. And they also did a thick layer of granite dust which was compacted down with a Wacker plate. Granite dust drains a lot better. And there was areolite i think thats whate its xalled that was brushed in to the grass, again this is for dogs and helps to elevate the smell if urine. From start to finish our experience of Trulawn Wolverhampton has been of the highest possible standard. We had a very large, uneven and undulating lawn and in addition three manhole covers and a number of tree stumps for Trulawn to deal with. The weather at times was awful and access to the lawn was not the best. However from our first visit by Tassaddaf until completion, the team were always positive about the outcome even when the garden looked like a building site. I am pleased to say their confidence and exceptional skills mean that we have a lawn which looks superb.
