What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people; it gives me a great sense of achievement and satisfaction to see individuals change their quality of life by enabling a different thought process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a great believer in self growth and personal development; I have learnt to accept the challenges in life as lessons to learn and grow from. I am comfortable in my own skin and have found my way to become awesome and to embrace life; and that doesn't mean that I am perfect, far from it, but it has helped me to become confident and know myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have sought help over the years and have found myself in the position looking online and being faced with loads of qualified people; with an intro and a photo. All I would say is; you will know intuitively, it will feel right and when it does, send me an email or make contact via our website.

Hypnotherapy, Coaching and Deep Relaxation can be delivered online. A Reiki Treatment would need to be in person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer online services where we can. If you are having a face to face session, the room is well ventilated, and only used for treatments. A separate WC is also available.

1) Reiki (Usui) - Treatments and Training in 1st, 2nd and 3rd (Master) levels
2) Deep Relaxation - using a blend of meditation and hypnosis techniques.
- Variable Treatment times
- Reiki Treatment - £40.00 per hour
- Deep Relaxation - Pricing varies depending on whether session is face to face, online, single or group. As a rough guide; a single face to face is £20 for 40 minutes. A group is £10 per person.
Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy services in Anxiety, Stress, Low Self Esteem, Confidence, Smoking*, Weight Loss including Hypno Gastric Band*, Fears and Phobias* and many more.
- Each Hypnotherapy session is ~1 to 1.5 hour(s)
- A basic therapy programme will consist of 5 sessions
- Cost of each session is £50 excluding Smoking
- Sessions can be face to face or online
* Cessation of Smoking is 1-2 sessions. First session @£150 second session is £50
* Hypno Gastric Band is 4 sessions @ £55 per session. Total = £220.00
* Fears and Phobia's are usually 1 session @ £50 however some Clients like a 3 session Confidence Therapy @ £50 per session.
