Quick and easy to book a clean in with this company. I had to get an end of tenancy clean booked last minute and they were able to book me in last minute the day before and did a splendid job. Arrived within the timeframe they said they would and left the house in brilliant condition. Would definitely recommend. The two cleaners were very polite and wanted me and my partner to inspect the work after to touch up if we wanted. They sorted out my very grim oven and left it looking pristine, even taking off the door to ensure that it was completely clean.

Karlene and her team put in 110% in their work. My flat was an absolute mess to begin with, but they managed to transform it to a shiny, spotless, almost brand new home.
At one point we couldn’t remove the oven door, but she insisted us to remove it for her so she could clean it properly. You can clearly see dedication right there.
No hidden cost as well. She was very honest and upfront. She came in, saw the state of my flat and kindly quoted me with a higher price.
One thing though, they are a small cleaning company so not the most professional who usually has a checklist of everything that needs to be cleaned. They have missed a few spots but were more than happy to come back and redo it. But the good thing of a small company is that it is very easy to get hold of her. Really great communication, can text her directly and replies within an hour. It also means that they won’t be sending anyone from a large team over, so you know they are reliable and their work is consistent.
If you are looking for a hands on, dedicated end of cleaning service, look no further. I will definitely go for True 2 Cleaning again even for regular cleaning.
