Personal Care
Our Personal Care services provide hands-on help with those basic functions of life, all provided with sensitivity to the emotional issues so often connected with an inability to perform these essential functions. This may include getting up, bathing, shower, getting dressed, preparing meals, toileting, medication support, assisting with paperwork, and companionship in the comfort of your home.

Live-in Care
Delivering a high-quality person-centred care is our priority.
This is when one of our carers lives in the house with you and your loved one full-time. They are on-hand to assist with all activities of daily living during both the day and overnight.
The great thing about live-in care is that, because a carer is living with you in your own home, you are enabled to feel safe and supported in the place you know best. You and your family will have peace of mind that you have someone there for you whenever you need them.

Re-ablement Services
Re-ablement Services - Post-discharge care
We know that everybody needs time to recover when returning home from hospital and that there are some times when you are more able to manage than others. It may be that this event has a permanent effect on your independence but how severe that effect will be can be changed by how much support you get in the first few weeks.
We are here to help you with everything that’s needed after surgery or treatment for an illness. Our experienced care workers will assist with rehabilitation and offer expert care during the recovery period.
Overnight Care – Sleeping or Awake
We provide a night care package for you, to reassure you that you will always be safe in your own home, no matter the time. With the presence of one of our carers throughout the night, you can have a good night sleep and never worry about a falls or your night time care.

Respite Care
Respite Care can temporarily take over from other carers or family member, so that they can recuperate without disturbing established routines.

Social Support
Trix Medcare team can accompany you on shopping visits, or do the shopping trips for you. We can also accompany you to GP or hospital appointments or even social activities and local clubs. Our care team can provide you with the support that you need during time away in the UK or abroad. We can also provide support to help you attend special events such as weddings, birthday parties, cinema etc.
Our care staff can also support you with one to one companionship care services.
