About

I offer bespoke training sessions and VIP fitness packages to clients who prefer to train away from the gym. I have both online and face to face individual and group clients.
Locally I run outdoor HIIT classes.
As a keen runner I also offer personalised run coaching and will accompany you on runs in my local area.

Sabrina really made me feel at ease when I joined as i was really nervous and have a long way to go. I can honestly say I had so much fun and look forward to class every week, thanks Sabrina!

The classes are great, I have never been a big fan of HIIT but these classes have been really fun and Sabrina is so encouraging!

Sabrina's HIIT classes are a really hard workout, but she also makes them great fun and totally achievable for all. Most importantly Sabrina has created a welcoming environment which is body positive, inclusive, and where everybody is really supportive of each other.

I am not a fan of HIIT generally...I can't do burpees, press ups and planks. BUT Sabrina shows me that I can actually do these things and I have seen improvements over the 2 months that I have been coming. I love the pre-work session on a Friday morning (despite me being a night owl rather than an early bird) as it sets me up for the day. Good tunes, laughs, motivation and chat (and exercise). Sabrina is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable even if you're not used to exercising. Great workout with lots of motivation and modifications. I hate burpees but gave them a try again and managed to do even more in the last round! The chance to modify the move kept me going. A really welcoming group for all abilities. Sabrina makes the exercises easy to understand and shows you how you can adapt them to make them easier or harder. She is always bubbly and plays music to keep you motivated. (I don’t know if any other instructors who ask for music suggestions and then actually use them!) I absolutely love seeing how exercise completely transforms lives. I've been there, I've been the person sitting in the pub, miserable. The power of fitness never ceases to amaze.

I wanted to help people who we're too afraid or shy to come to the gym.

I know what it is like to be unfit and how hard it is to get to where you want to be. I understand how to positively motivate you towards your goals.
I don't know everything there is to know about fitness and nutrition, and have no shame in coming back to you will a well researched answer. I love to learn and am constantly updated my knowledge and training.
