Trinity Lettings are a great company to deal with. As a first time landlord, I had a LOT of questions about the lettings procedure. Their photos of the property are high quality and he posted the property on RightMove the same afternoon as taking the photos. Within two hours I had a viewing booked and the house was renting out to the first people who saw it! Trinity Took all the stress out of letting your property out, is always at the end of the phone or e-mail, offers a very personal service, is very proactive and extremely knowledgeable about the rental market. I first had the property listed with a different agent and after poor management and no success I decided to list it with Trinity Sales only for the property to sell within the first 24 hours. Jane who held viewings on my property was lovey and informed me of any changes right away. Lydia kept me up to date throughout the sale and was very helpful with any enquirers I made.
