I have been blown away by the service offered by Trinary Care. From initial contact with Joyce, our wants and needs for our elderly mother were listened to intently, and come the day when Harriet cared for my mum, it the care she provided was without question a first class experience. Mum was extremely well cared for througout the whole day of my daughters wedding, and the aftercare she provided was second to none. She went above and beyond to ensure that she gave total attention to an elderly frail 86 year old. I would not hesitate to recommend these carers to anyone looking for care for an elderly relative. What inspired you to start your own business?
During our days in the field, we experienced situations where care homes and places of assisted living were understaffed and having experienced and seen the stress this places on residents and staff alike, we aspired to alleviate the stress those in the homes can receive.
Why should our clients choose you?
We believe that we are different in the way we go around providing care, not only do our staff ensure that they produce the best and most seamless assimilation into the manner of which homes conduct their practices, but we also ensure we work with clients and residents in order t provide the best care possible, in line with the CQC regulations and required code of practices.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have adequately and efficiently applied mandatory Covid-19 prevention training to all of our staff on how to utilize PPE effectively along with a hardline stance on the use of PPE to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
