Steve was punctual, professional and very efficient. He brought all his equipment, including cutlery and crockery, and left our kitchen spotless at the end of the evening.
The food itself was delicious. He created a rich multi-course menu with various appetizers, starters, a main and a trio of desserts. Everything complemented each other thoughtfully, from the zesty and slightly spicy crustaceans to the wonderful beef Wellington. The different flavors brought variety and excitement to the tasting menu.
Steve also has a great sense of humour. Our young daughters loved his jokes and the younger one really enjoyed staying with him in the kitchen, “assisting” him prepare some dishes.
Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening, would invite him again and definitely we would warmly recommend Steve.

WOW! it truly was an Xperience! From the moment Steve and Sara arrived we knew we'd made the right choice! Steve's interaction with us was brilliant and funny!

It was my husbands 60th birthday this weekend and I was a little sceptical about what to expect. But seriously though Steve went above and beyond anything I could ever have expected and delivered the most perfect day the family could ever have expected! Not only a wonderful passionate chef but also very humerus and extremely knowledgeable about the indregredients he used🤭 defo in a food coma!! ok but surely that’s what it’s about. Red Mullet Escabeche served with an apple and fennel salad finished with a vanilla oil and Poached Lamb with three different stocks.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every menu is tailored for every event, will for your dietary requirements(if any) and your favourites. to help guide you to what I believe would be the best options for your dinner. We're able to adjust to any specific individual allergies.
What do you love most about your job?
As we do mostly private dinners, we love interacting with our guest. Cooking is my passion but seeing people enjoy my food and entertaining them makes the job worth doing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After moving to the UK from Canada to work along side Gordan Ramsey, then getting the opportunity to become Simon Cowell's private Chef at the Ascot races. I decided to take my experiences and start my own business, it was the right thing to do as I realised most people were missing a little bit of Tremblays :).
