Learning Transcendental Meditation
TM is first approached with an online or face to face talk about the benefits and research, where it comes from, how and why it differs from other meditation techniques in the way it is practised, what you will be learning and what the requirements are for taking a course. This is followed by a short interview with the teacher and face to face instruction followed by 3 days of checking your experiences and further guidance. You are then followed up for 6 months to ensure you continue to practice successfully and get the benefits you were looking for. Course fees depend on your annual income though we do not means test you for this.
