The staff are extremely friendly, prompt, thorough and professional. They did a fantastic job in my home and really went above and beyond to ensure everything was sparkling before they left. In fact, a friend popped over a few days after the clean and asked me for TCS’s number within minutes!

The experience with your company was very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. The call resulted in Dee making a house visit to assess my needs and to sell a plan of action. She was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I immediately agreed to your services.

She arrived at my home on time, and immediately surveyed the work and began to do the deep clean. She has a very positive attitude. Dee exhibited a great can do spirit and work ethic as she helped clean the inside and outside windows. She even was willing to navigate my bushes to get the job done. She tackled the sliding glass doors and their runners. She did the floors and mopping. Dee cleaned the kitchen and cleaned a difficult refrigerator.

She worked diligently and continually asked questions to clarify what I wanted. She then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. The quality control was done and everything was spot on. It was refreshing that she was the person who sold the service and then the same person to assure the quality was right.

Because of all these factors, I am extending my contract to additional regular cleaning and have recommended your services to several people. More...
