Tracy has been brilliant! Our circumstances weren’t great and Tracy was really non- judgemental, understanding and really did explore all avenues for us. In the end she made suggestions to us we hadn’t even considered, or weren’t aware of which in the long run are saving us money. She looked for the most affordable option and gave us really honest good advice. She was always available to discuss anything and we never felt out of the loop or like we were unsure on progress.
