What do you love most about your job?
I have built this business from nothing other than experience alone. We are now into our second year and hitting all the goals I wanted to achieve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I didnt want to work for corperate companies and had enough of working for someone else. I knew I could achieve all aspects of the business as I have worked in the industry for a number of years now.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a unique service as we run along side a maintenace team. I felt when working in other companies this is the area that let people down. Now I have on hand plumbers, electricians and handy men I can call on 24/7. Not only that I feel we offer a personal service due to only being a small team, you wont get passed around trying to find the answers.

We use Rightmove, Jupix and The Deposit Protection Services, all of which are used online and I can have access to them whether I am in the office or on the road. All calls are diverted to a mobile to help with answering calls whilst out as well as Outlook emails.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer viewings at a time that suits the tenants, if they want to be out then a memeber of staff will always be at the viewings. Hand sanitiser is always used along with face masks. If someone is sheilding then we can carry out video viewings and send via emails if necessary.
