As they didn't turn up or contact me when they initially agreed to come, and as this wasn't the first time that that has happened, I hired someone else to do it. He was always late and never contacted me to let me know even though he agreed on a time to show. My gutters were taken down before I'd even been given a quote and without my consent. His workmen put my down pipe on the wrong side which has caused damp damage to mine and my neighbour's property, and when I asked him to come out and fix it he claimed that it wasn't them and tried to convince me that I must have two down pipes even though we could clearly see that this was not the case. He has left broken tiles and water bottles all over my garden, and on my roof which has filled my gutters and is a danger to my other neighbour . I have paid for a skip but my old guttering was never taken away. I have asked him to come out and clear it up but he never showed and is now ignoring my calls. I am now having to pay for someone else to come out and clear up his mess he's left on my roof and fix a broken tile. Apparently he has also not paid his scaffolding guys for at least 3 jobs, so he has just taken my money and left. I would really not recommend at all. More...

i used to work for companies over the years and watching how good they were doing their job that’s what inspired me to run my own business

Because I am trustworthy I tell the customer exactly what I’m going to do to make sure they’re very happy with my work
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When I go to the customers house I always wear a mask I stand back at least 2 m customer can then tell me what’s going on and what I can do for them and when I start a job I have no contact with the customer and when the job is finished and customer is happy I get paid by bank transfer
