TPE carried out a major building work that involved the removal of a lean to and constructing a side extension consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and utility. They also knocked down a load bearing common wall between the kitchen and dining rooms and installed a steel beam. These works were done to building control specs / architectural drawings with external inspections. There were also incidental plastering and new electrical cabling works.
Their quote was very reasonable and they completed the works within the stipulated time scale. Their tradesmen were very professional, courteous and friendly. They were quite flexible at times to do some additional bits when requested. Their brick works were excellent. They also cleaned up regularly and cleared all debris from the site on completion.
