Actually Julie was very good the first time she came.
I had high hopes for the future.
The 2nd time Julie said she could come while we were away.
Julie did one border and billed me for £60.00 which I thought was outrageous.
We are both pensioners and I thought that was taking advantage sadly.

I am sorry that Joyce felt I had let her down. I actually worked on all her borders, the main border was very weedy and lots of things needed cutting back and clearing, I am always tidy when I work so it took a while to get the border looking tidy. The other borders where also weedy but not terrible, apart from some brambles I removed. It takes time to do a job properly...so it took as long as it took and her billed her accordingly. Hey ho...can't please everyone.

What do you love most about your job?
I love it from start to finish......dicussing clients desires for their garden, deciding what works best for their needs:ie entertainment areas, place for the children and pets, and how they will use the garden.
Choosing the right plants and creating a beautiful space for the whole family to relax and enjoy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love nature and plants are incredible!!
I wanted to create something beautiful for people, a place of contemplation and a place to de- stress after a tough day.
Surrounded by stunning plants and nature, who doesn't love that?
So 17 years ago i went to college and got my RHS certificate in Horticulture, and went out maintaining gardens at first, then over time i found that my clients wanted help redesigning areas of the garden, so i helped with things and it progressed from there.

Yes i am happy to discuss plans and we can do that through email, clients can send me photos of their garden and we can take it from there.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask if my client requires me to do so, we are outside most of the time but i still keep my distance.

Hi there my name is Jules, i am a gardener , plantswoman and small scale designer ie: i refresh borders and help with design concepts, my drawings are simple and are not to scale...just a visual idea..... i am not a landscaper....but i am a soft landscaper, i can advice you on plants for different soil conditions and areas of your garden, shade, partial shade and full sun. It would be my pleasure to help and guide you to creating your dream garden.

Has a garden consultant i will come and assess your garden if necessary, and advice you on any concerns you may have...be that the soil conditions, garden situation,planting for difficult soil conditions, maintenance for existing borders...as well as a complete new design concept for your garden.
