About

I decided to learn all about nutrition because nothing makes me happier than food - that's really why. Now, 7 years later I hold my Nutrition Diploma and MSc (Masters in Science).

I always enjoyed cooking but never had any idea about just how much of an impact it could have on my overall health as well as my performance and recovery from exercise.

Working with Sally was so much fun. I had originally looked into nutrition just to lose some weight and feel more confident in my own skin but over the course of 3 months so many other little things seemed to improve. I didn't know how good it felt to wake up and feel refreshed and not tired! My skin looked healthier, my confidence grew and my waistline got smaller!
I got more results than I ever expected!

Back in the summer, sally helped me to completely stop my migraines. I went from having 3/4 migraines a week, being bed bound and nearly losing my job to only having 1 migraine during our whole time together! Sally helped me to remove all foods which were triggering me to have such bad reactions and im free to live my life again. More...

I have suffered with IBS for as long as I can remember but a friend recommended sally to me and since we have been working together my flare ups have almost completely stopped. Sally is easy to work with and our sessions always lift my mood. More...

Who is the 3 month personalised nutrition plan for?

The 3 month personalised nutrition plan will benefit those looking for specific results. Wether the end goal is to lose or gain weight, have clearer skin or just to have more energy throughout the day.
This 3 month plan is available to all ages.

How does the 3 month plan work?

Over the course of 3 months, we will work together to build a sustainable nutrition and lifestyle plan that best suits your needs. I will only ever suggest foods which you enjoy (no bland meals is a guarantee) and together we will work on meal ideas which work around your daily schedule.

The 3 month plan starts with a 1 hour initial consultation where we can review your current eating habits using a food diary provided prior to the meeting as well as a full health assessment. We will also discuss your main aims for the following 3 months and how we can best get results. Follow ups will occur every other week for 30 minutes. The follow up sessions allow us to make any amendments to the plan, introduce new foods and replace any current ones that you may feel you don't enjoy. Throughout your 3 month plan you will have unlimited access to the practice better app which enables you to contact me with any questions you may have.
