I had a Tottem Treatment therapy last night and I can honestly say it was amazing from start to finish, Helen used meditation, Reiki drum as well as crystals I also had Quantum Healing I would definitely book again as I feel recharged and energised and also very grounded

I’ve been having reiki with Helen for over a year which completely changed my life and introduced me to the world of reiki, crystals, meditation & spirituality. I felt really drawn to complete Helen’s reiki courses and completed both my level 1 and 2 this year in 2021. Both courses were amazing and we were able to practice reiki on one another as well as learning different energy, protection and crystal exercises (alongside the loveliest little gifts from Helen). The courses taught me exactly what I needed to now practice as a qualified reiki practitioner and I’ve been able to open up my reiki business alongside my university studies. I had reiki with Helen for the first time today, she was so kind & welcoming from the minute I arrived such a lovely lady. My reiki session was amazing, I can’t explain the feeling I just feel so positive, energised and content. I would definitely recommend trying reiki with Helen it’s an investment in yourself like no other, I already can’t wait to go back I’ve never felt so relaxed! She is so talented she touched on things that she couldn’t possibly know & gave me lots of advice relating to my current situation/ outlook on things to help me grow and attract the things I want to my life.
