We would make assessments during a comprehensive site survey and advise accordingly based on the structural integrity and building fabric

The potential of demolishing the garage in its entirety if the footprint is inadequate, if the garage is suitable for conversion our team will create a schedule of works and detail this there, conversions are to be brought up to current building regs which will include most building trades
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most lofts, with the exception of truss formed roofs, are suitable for conversion taking into consideration reinstatement of the existing ceiling joists, headroom, and potential staircase locations
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Reconstruction of various timber members sometimes including roof structures, installation of staircases, insulation, electrics, plumbing, heating and second fix trades
In some cases vacating the property maybe necessary while structural work is being carried out
