End of Tenancy Cleaning
Terrible company. Sold me the world in the beginning- I booked end of tenancy clean. Promised me ‘a team’. Then day after tells me some of the ‘team’ are in ‘hospital’. So they cancelled and rescheduled next day. Only one person turned up because the ‘team’ are in hospital- clearly a lie. The guy I spoke to on the phone Sam, is full of rubbish. Anyway, the cleaning was bad, I don’t know what the cleaner (Solomon) was doing for 7 hours. The carpets were not industrially cleaned - it was bone dry but he says the machine dries it instantly- LOL!! There was rubbish under the beds so clearly did not clean the carpets. Stains remained on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Stains on the carpet not attempted to remove. Did not cleans or wash the sofa which. I paid £245 - I argued with the Sam guy for a substantial refunds and showed him pictures of work that was not done, he offered £40 refund. Ridiculous!! Nothing was done, the guy basically did a simple clean - I could’ve booked someone for 3 hours and paid £45 what he did!! Sam then keeps messaging, please accept apologies and let’s leave in a good note (probably doesn’t want me to leave a BAD review). Absolutely not!! Complete fraudsters, avoid this company.
