Topmary Care is a professional, compassionate, domiciliary care provider, that always has their clients best interests at heart, and will always go that extra mile. Maximising and enriching their clients quality of life, in the face of disability and illness, is at the core of our business. Governed by the Care Quality Commission, and based in Manchester, we deliver top quality care and support across Manchester and the UK, to adults ages 18-65, adults 65+, people affected by physical disabilities and service users with dementia, from the comfort of their own homes.

The friendly team of staff members are all experienced, exceptionally trained, DBS checked and passionate to make a positive difference in every clients life. They assist with clients remaining independent, offering support and companionship, whilst most importantly, ensuring they are being treated with dignity and respect.
