What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As a videographer, I have taken several steps to keep my customers safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. To maintain a clean and safe environment, I regularly sanitize my equipment and workspace, and frequently wash my hands. I also require all employees and clients to wear masks and other protective equipment, such as gloves and face shields, during filming. To practice social distancing, I maintain a safe distance of at least 6 feet between individuals. To minimize in-person interactions, I offer virtual consultations, such as video calls or virtual tours. I also encourage remote work, such as editing footage from home, to reduce the number of people in the workspace. I have developed and implemented cleaning protocols, such as regularly cleaning high-touch surfaces, to keep my workspace clean and safe for everyone. By taking these precautions, I aim to ensure that my customers feel safe and confident in my services, even during these challenging times.
