What do you love most about your job?
I find the most satisfying element of PPC to be boosting leads/sales whilst also lowering a client's cost per acquisition (CPA). This is usually the result of ongoing account optimisation and it's always pleasing to see a positive sales trend next to a negative CPA trend in a monthly report. Typically these improvements lead to an ROI boost for the client and it feels good to be positively contributing to someone else's business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
At the turn of 2019, I had been working in paid media marketing for 10 years and had been freelancing for just over two years. It occurred to me that nearly all of my work-related passion was focused on the clients I had found for myself and improving their PPC accounts. I realised that I could turn my "side hustle" into a fully fledged business and be considerably happier ... so that's what I did.
