Terrible service.
Requested a clean and a crew of 3 showed up (so they billed me triple).
One of them was ham-fisted and damaged my window.
Chased for ages for them to arrange to fix and they kept stalling. Ended up fixing it myself and not paying the bill.

I have got a lovely lady I met E yesterday Today was the 1st day E done 3 hours made me feel relaxed I suffer from exciting I have got on the line health issues E worked with me I had a say what was being kept and what was rubbish in that 3 hours a lot was done Very polite Reassuring saying we done it together (Even low I was sitting down) I have recommended E and her boss I to my mum like mum I do not like strangers in my home.
I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone mental health disability this company meets every needs if your like myself worried you are safe in this company the boss is lovely and they will go your paste ❤

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Titan Healthcare Cleaning Services can provide their own cleaning products, however due to COVID we ask customers to provide their own mops and buckets, also hoovers so as to prevent cross contamination.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff wear masks when carrying out tasks, they adhere to safe working distances as per government guidelines, if a customer is at the premises then it is agreed between parties how the cleaning is carried out, such as the customer will not be in the same room, or upstairs when the cleaner is downstairs etc. Aprons and hand sanitizers are always carried by the cleaners, and gloves are worn when cleaning and changed throughout to avoid cross contamination. Hand washing is done at regular intervals and if staff are showing any symptoms of covid they are to contact management immediately and measures will be put in place and the relevant people informed. Regular covid tests are encouraged and all staff fully understand the safe working practices under covid.
House Cleaning/Domestic
Offer cleaning services for standard cleaning so ironing, washing, all rooms, change bedding, hoovering and dusting, to deep cleaning so furnishings, skirting boards, doors, light fittings, appliances etc. Each individuals needs are unique at at Titan Healthcare Cleaning Services we empower this, our services are tailored to meet your needs and leave your home beautiful and smelling divine.
Office Cleaning
Provide cleaning services to offices. Titan cleaners deliver an outstanding cleaning service, they come into the corporate environment, clean up your offices in a rapid, effective manner leaving as soon as we are satisfied that everything is perfect, smelling fresh and clean. Maybe your offices are small enough for one person to keep it clean on a daily, weekly or bi-monthly basis instead of needing an entire team of workers to get the job done.
