popped in today for a rewarding pint and bite to eat after walking from risca to rogerstone on the canal. we hadn't booked but when calling to enquire if we needed to we were told we could be accommodated. there was plenty of outside seating available with shade aswell as sun . we didn't have to wait long for our drinks or food when ordering on the online menu.the food was to die for. so fresh. there was plenty of staff all of whom were friendly and helpful and service was fast and safe. We arrived to pick up some pre-ordered food and were notified that Just Eat wasn't taking orders to the venue that evening. No problem for this team. Was a big fan of the beer, and decided to order a decent online order for a birthday weekend treat and said to expect no more than 5 days. Waited ten days for it to arrive and asked for an update to which I was told they made a mistake and never registered my order. I was then advised to wait another 5 days. Due to almost waiting two weeks I asked for a refund and was told to wait up to another ten days for that 😩. Guys, I don’t even know what to say. That Lamb and Halloumi burger I had last night with a side of fried pickles, like honestly. ... where have you been all my life! Impressed? Absolutely. First time customer. Ordered the Birthday and Beyond box on a Saturday and received it on Wednesday. Was kept up to date with timescales and could track my delivery in real time on Wednesday morning. Arrived securely packaged and all listed beers present and accounted for. Great selection, including some of the old classics and the new limited editions. Cannot wait to try them all. Only had the Cali Pale Ale at the time of writing but will definitely be buying again. Only issue I’d raise is that it kept giving me an error when I tried to create an account online. More...

I had initially left a bad review due to an issue with part of my order not arriving. I felt the issue wasn’t being dealt with and was worried that I would not receive in time for Xmas as these were gifts but my faith in Tiny Rebel has been restored and I retract the negative feedback left. I was contacted by Hannah who was very apologetic, agreed parts were not dealt with as best as they could but we did manage to resolve the issue and she explained how busy they had been and definitely restored my faith in the brand! I know how busy things have been and I am sure at times this must have been very difficult. I wish all the staff at Tiny Rebel a Merry Christmas and all the best for 2021! Top work guys! Ordered on 28/11/20 & I made a mistake with my delivery address so emailed and received a response 3 days later to say it had been amended. Original order confirmation advised to allow for extra days due to busy period, however 2 days later order was dispatched & received sooner than expected. The online shop and customer service is atrocious. They have failed to deliver on two separate orders, and not even apologised for the inconvenience of waiting for weeks on an order that had clearly never been looked at. Very disappointing. The beer may be good, but they should stick to brewing and leave distribution to vendors that have a clue about managing orders. Save yourself the hassle and just go to your local off licence. My delivery took a month to be delivered I had to email and phone numerous times meaning to arrived too late for the birthday present it was meant to be. Kept being told it was being delivered my daughter waited in on four days when the package was meant to be delivered but nothing from this company came despite packages from other companies arriving. Terrible today! Table service has resumed with not nearly enough staff. 1st drinks well over 15 mins and food over an hour from ordering and nowhere near all tables filled.
