First and foremost, my goal as a psychological therapist entails the provision of a safe and confidential place where you will feel comfortable to share your concerns and talk about what is troubling you. Then, in order to devise an appropriate treatment plan and assess the possible length of treatment, it is important to establish some type of therapeutic contract and achievable goals or aims for our work together.

I can connect with a diverse group of people. People who may never have crossed my path if I were not a therapist. I never stop learning. As a therapist, there’s no point when you know everything – you’re continually growing and learning about yourself, people and the world. No day is ever the same.

There is hardly a person on the planet who has not fallen into the labyrinth of life for a certain period of time. Sometimes triggered by a set of events and sometimes consciously or unconsciously we wander into the depths of our inner dialogues.
There is a stage in our life, whether on our own, in partnerships, in personal or professional situations, when our familiar ways of coping with difficult situations do not work. The labyrinth mirrors our terrified hesitation. We constantly have to make a choice. It is not the lack of exits but rather their abundance that confuses us. Our life asks us questions and sometimes we cannot respond immediately as we struggle to find the answer. Therefore, we need an interpreter to translate those issues into an understandable language. As a counselor and psychologist I am such an interpreter. I would invite you to explore your inner world freely. I would translate your questions in a way that guides and encourages you to find the answers, which are within you. Consequently, you will figure out what is right for you. You will hear your soul and be able to achieve what you want.

Yes, I do provide my services mostly online/remotely as I am doing another MSc Degree in Europe this year.
It is also more convenient for my customers who can enjoy our collaboration from the comfort of their homes.

1.The evaluation session, which aims to build a cognitive conceptualization of the patient
2.The first therapy session, where treatment and problem-solving will begin
3.Each therapy session afterward, where treatment continues and the patient progresses toward self-sufficiency

Introduction the first 10 minutes
Information gathering- start anywhere. You might have a coherent story or a laundry list of concerns. We will then review these together.
Discussion/Counselor Input- you will rate the concerns from most problematic to least and tell me which ones you would like to work on first.
Mapping- as a homework.

During our first appointment, you and I will ask each other questions and sort out the logistics of your treatment plan.

During your first session, you’ll also get a sense of my style. This first meeting is sometimes known as an “intake session.”

Here’s a few things that may happen during this session.

I may ask you a variety of questions during your consultation. They will likely want to know:

what prompted you to seek treatment
your background
your life circumstances
any past treatment you’ve sought
your goals for therapy
