She preps for our PT sessions and offers dietary advice when needed. She has also been flexible when I’ve needed to change training days or times. My husband James and I have been training with Timi since March 2020.
We started on face time at the beginning of ‘lockdown’.
As we are both seniors and reasonably fit we gave Timi the brief that we wanted to keep exercised and fit, but did not want to push the boundaries!
Timi has been brilliant at keeping us in shape and keeping our bodies fit. We are still working with her and intend to continue to do so. We find our weekly sessions keep us on the straight and narrow and we feel better for the sessions and try to keep exercising between sessions.

She encourages you and motivates you in a way that you don’t even feel like working out is a struggle.
