I’ve competed at the Commonwealth games, World Championships indoors and out and the European Championships.

I’m a semi pro athlete, struggled with an ACL injury. I thought I’d lose my pace and running technique, I took tims classes since he was my speed coach at FC halifax town where I was a scholar, and the differences he made and the results he got for some of my team mates including me was very very good. He was super professional but also has good vibes and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable. My sessions are intense and range from vigorous training to get me back playing at the standard I once was. Came across Tim, in 2017 at Bradford Bulls. Tim put us through our paces teaching us sprinting techniques that improves our sprint speed and agility. I've been working with Tim since September and have seen a massive improvement in my fitness levels. From the offset, Tim took time to tailor a programme that was personal to me, taking into account all factors such my age, body type and medical conditions. Having a relatively low level of fitness, I was a little apprehensive but he is so approachable and makes you feel welcome and relaxed from the first session. He always goes above and beyond and I've been very impressed with his knowledge of nutrition and he is always happy to offer advice. He takes particular care in ensuring you perform each exercise correctly to avoid injury and get the best results. He keeps the sessions interesting by introducing new routines on a weekly basis. Training with Tim was the best decision I ever made for myself & my health... not only did he help me to get over been a gym phobic he helped to lift my self-esteem and realise I can achieve new goals if I just put my mind to it. Been a busy mum who works a variety of shift within the NHS I quite often found it easy to pick something up and eat on the go (normally something unhealthy) or just throw something quick in the oven but with the support & advise from Tim he made me relook at my eating habbits and made me realise that skipping meals wasnt the key!!My journey isn't just about losing weight it's more about feeling healthy and feeling good about myself...been able to look in the mirror and be happy at what is looking back at me.....I can honestly say Tim has and will continue to help me on my journey and I couldnt recommend him enough. Tim gets my lardy arse moving, he knows when to push me and when to ease off. He's even helped me with my mental health by chatting with me and just having a gentle walk when I was feeling low.

I really enjoy training with Tim. I started with him about a year ago and have come on massively in both my fitness and body shape/tone. We work specifically towards my fitness for hockey, so lots of sprints and explosive work. Plus, I’m getting married this year so it’s come in handy to get me in shape for that. 5AM starts are always awful however the only time I would look forward to them was to have Tim push me to do more and prove that I can do it! He is so supportive and a brilliant personal trainer. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him! If you’re thinking of a change and wanting a PT without a shadow of a doubt I’d pick Tim every day of the week! Tim is a great coach, always mixing up my workouts so I don’t get board - I look forward to our sessions every week.

We are doing lots of hill sprints and explosive work to help with my hockey game play/fitness at the minute. I’m seeing great results in my muscle tone and definition which is having a positive impact on my mental attitude too.

Tim also helps me with meal planning and nutrition advice. He sets me sessions to do each week at home or in the gym so I can keep training and pushing for results.

I’ve wanted a personal trainer for a long time and am glad I finally bit the bullet and went with Tim.

PT sessions are low key therapy sessions! This man is amazing at what he does, and over the past 5 months he has pushed me to a new level of fitness. I'm a rebel so don't follow the programme like I should but even without doing as I'm told I have seen massive results from training with Tim. Not only does he know what he is talking about he actually personalised my workouts to be more of the things I enjoy... lifting.
