Scallops, cauliflower, langoustine bisque.

This dish secured us a Culinary Olympic medal up against the best in the World. It is based on local seafood and using all of our ingredients with no waste.

The scallop is seared and served with a butter poached langoustine, whilst the shells are used to create the bisque which has an intense flavour. The cauliflower is then sliced and charred with the rest being turned into a puree and the leaves being deep fried to add texture and more flavour to the dish.

We discuss every clients needs individually at create every menu around the individual budget and taste. This ensures the client can have what they want at a price they can afford.
We don't agree with standard menu selections as this takes away the personal feel to the event and this way the client can have exactly what they like best.

We love food and happy customers so as long as we are creating food that our clients enjoy, we are happy in our work. We have been in the trade for most of our lives and wouldn't change it for the World.
