It is fulfilling and rewarding to support people during their times of need. It makes such a difference to see someone happy regardless of life challenges. This is what we love to see day in and day out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the care sector for 20 years, starting a business was out of the desire to make a difference in people's lives and make a contribution to the community using the skills that I have gained over the years.

No, our service involves meeting people and providing personal care. We have to be physically available .
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Covid continues to pause a threat to our health and the people around us. We adhere to health and safety guidelines to keep our service users safe. We continue to wear PPE during our visits.
Medication Administration and Support
Our service provides support to individuals managing their medication. From simple prompting to full administration. We ensure medication is being taken as prescribed by the doctor at the right time and in the correct dosage.
Personal Care
We support individuals to get up, wash or shower, get dressed, prepare breakfast, prepare meals, manage incontinence, and get ready for bed at the end of the day. Everyone's situation is different, we would love to help in every way possible to keep you comfortable in your home.
Meals Preparation
We are quite happy to make sure you choose what you eat and prepare it for you. Surely a good meal is something to look forward to.
Re-ablement
After staying in the hospital, it can be challenging to gain your confidence back. Our re-enablement service is available to support you complete tasks and getting back into your routine. We are available to work with you and do things that you are used to within your environment.
House Keeping Tasks
We can support with light house duties if needed. This can be discussed during your initial assessment.
