Had work on outside insulation of house in nov , realised the workers had not finished above windows correctly, so not able to open windows more than couple inches , have been reporting it since jan and am getting told all sorts of stories by so different staff , surely they know the importance of being able to open windows in case of fire upstairs but it does not seem to interest the company , really bad customer experience

Worked so hard till late every day non stop, They were all very professional , friendly , honest and very informative explaining everything from start to finish . This was a great move for us personally with such an old house. We had Mark Geeson come a survey our house for external wall installation. Lovely chap, very informal of every step of instalment. We had a few issues with our lovely neighbour about our boundaries, an thrift energy professionally helped me with this so the work could carry on. Just want to say a huge thank you to Alin Bogdan and his team. They were great lads, professional, very hard working. They have lied and deceived us throughout our dealings with them. Work which was initially meant to be completed within a few days needed to be re-done and took months to sort out. Numerous staff have blatantly lied to us throughout this process. Aditional work which we qualified for under Green homes grants is now left incomplete due to this companies negligence! Fail to keep appointments, multiple times. Complete waste of time. Government scheme but they get paid once they have your signature and then have no interest in keeping appointments, for either the survey of to actually do the work. Waste of taxpayers money. We have been installing energy efficient improvements since 2012 with over 12000 installations completed. We have had oppoutunities support lower income households on grant funded projects helping those in fuel poverty as well as working with large corporate organisations to help to reduce their carbon footprint.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We are actively interested in reducing carbon emissions and providing both insulation and renewable solutions to households.

Due to the nature of our works we would need to complete a full technical survey on the property which cannot be done remotely. We can indicate on budget costs subject to survey.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We operate a strict COVID policy. We have been lucky with only a couple of our office staff contracting covid (outside of the office) during the whole pandemic. We encourage all of our customers to advise us of any vulnerable people within the household so we can ensure that any field based staff member is wearing the appropriate PPE.

Air Source Heat Pump
MCS accredditted installer of renewable air-to-water heatpumps. Installations are completed by fully qualified installers working alongside the leading manufacturers of this renewable heating technology.
Accreditted installers with access to the 2022 Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) to offer our customers £5000 grant* towards the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump.

Cavity Wall Insulation
Agrement approved installers of Bonded Bead cavity wall insulation. Installations are completed inline with building control requirements and come with a 25-year insurance backed guarantee as standard.
Our installers are highly trained and experienced and we price ourselves on clean and tidy working practices.
Loft Insulation
35% of heatloss escapes through your roof space. Loft insulation is a relatively low costs energy efficient home improvement which would save you £££ off your energy bills.
We install wool insulation and ensure that your loft space is suitably ventilated to prevent condensation forming. All pipework withing the loft space would be insulated alongside ensuring any downlights are covered safely.
