Describe your creative process.
Flexible.
No two jobs are the same and we are guided by what our clients want. What they want to achieve and whom they are talking to, their budget and how long they have got. If they have design parameters we must follow or are we creating these for the future.
We have over the years done enough projects to see general patterns and for different types jobs we can discuss with you and have a fairly good idea of how long a job will take, how many sets of changes there should be and so on. And if budgets are tight fit a project methodology to a budget.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Briefs come in all shapes and sizes and we can take as much or as little information as a client wants to give us.
For smaller jobs, or for clients and companies we know a quick conversation is often enough. But some of our clients want to write their own copy supply their own photographs and give us very tight guidance on what they want. We are happy to work with what ever frame work you want to give us.
What do you love most about your job?
Good design, where a client is instantly happy with the results we give.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to provide a service equal to that given by the best agencies, provide this at a more modest cost for firms without the resources to be taken on by these large firms. I wanted to help and support companies grow and be a partner in this success.

Our designers are experienced, relaxed and friendly. For the majority of jobs a client will deal with our designers directly, but the company structure and support is always there.
