It's the first time I have used a reflexologist and I thought I would give it a try because I have pressure in my spine around my neck and lower back. The neck causes my right arm to be very stiff. After only one session my arm does feel less stiff. During the session my brain felt fuzzy and last night I could feel a warmth in my feet. I also slept better than I have for a while.
