I initially contacted James Cretella of Thermacool on recommendation of a trusted Gas installer we have known for a number of years as I wanted to install a split aircon system to one of our upstairs bedrooms and needed someone with the appropriate F-Gas qualifications. Thermacool are based in Shepperton and I am in Coulsdon and after I spoke to James it was clear that visiting me to give an estimate would not be a problem. We arranged a date and time and despite poor weather and traffic conditions James arrived within 15 mins of the agreed time. A specification of the type and size of machine and method of installation was agreed and within 24 hrs I received a written quotation by email. I accepted the quotation and a date was made for installation. Come the day Dan and Rich, part of James team arrived. Immediately work commenced. Clean and tidy is the only way to describe their method. Despite drilling through a cavity wall we found no trace of brick dust or soil anywhere. Outside the installation is run through a very heavy duty conduit that looks incredibly neat and the main machine is securely mounted on shock absorbent mounts. We have run through the various programmes and can confirm that the machine performs exactly as we hoped. Having Thermacool install a comprehensive air-conditioning system in my family home in Weybridge was an exceptionally positive overall experience. Communication with the company during the initial tender process was very clear and efficient, their pricing was very competitive and their advice in selecting the correct equipment configuration was very helpful indeed. Plumbing Heating Don’t use anyone else!After a few boiler-related difficulties over the years , when I needed to replace our boiler we determined to find a good local firm to do the work . With the help of recommendation and online reviews. I decided to give this guys a call . And I am very Glad I did .James and his team understood our needs and explained the process very well . I have had a lot of building work done in the past and I would recommend Thermacool above all others I have worked with. The quality of the tradesmen employed was excellent. I could relax and let them get on with it. The finish was superb. Professional company with great comms. All staff Thermacool that worked at our house were polite, friendly and trustworthy which was very important for me with my wife and young kids being at home. James attended a number of prior visits during my house extension build to listen to my requirements and give useful advice. This company are simply amazing!
We got 3 quotes from different companies and this was a front runner by far! Thorough inspection, quick responses, in depth quotation so no hidden extras, very accommodating when we made some last minute changes to our plans.
In just 3 days we had extensive work done and every evening the house was left cleanly and livable. We have two very young children and this process had minimal disruption.
5 new radiators, one new installed, one moved, plumbing to accommodate a washer dryer, back boiler out, water tank out, combi boiler installed, new art thermostat, some re piping and goodness knows what else.
Amazing!! So happy and so cosy and warm!

We have been using James from Thermacool for over 3 years and has fixed multiple problems with our plumbing system including radiators, gate valves, toilets, leaks, taps. We recently decided to go for a total main bathroom renovation from the floorboards upwards. James and his team installed underfloor heating , re plumbed and tiled floor and walls, new electrics, radiators, wc, power shower, and basin.
