What I love most about being a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist is the fact that I can help a fellow human being to cope with life and to manage their emotional distress. By being non-judgemental, calm, authentic, accepting and an active listener, I feel both privileged and honoured to be invited to help explore the of life experiences of people who chose to engage with me in talking therapy.

I was gifted with a talent for counselling and psychotherapy through my efforts in successfully completing 3 years of formal training, and from volunteering hundreds of hours working for charities that offer low cost or free counselling and psychotherapy services. Like everyone else, I have bills to pay and living in London can be very expensive, so I thought that I could use my therapeutic skills to earn money to meet my life's needs. I

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I adhere to its Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions. I am committed to continuing professional development and stay up to date with the latest developments in psychotherapy and counselling.
In a therapeutic relationship with me, we will explore your own inner conflicts and emotional distress, and examine what these mean in an atmosphere that is confidential, safe, non-judgemental and collaborative. The integrative approach I use will give you the opportunity to develop your self-awareness and explore your own potential to create positive changes in your life, as well as improve your sense of well-being. As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist , I use several therapeutic models (Person-Centred/ Humanistic, Existential, Psychodynamic & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) to intuitively create a flexible integrative approach that respects the ebb and flow of your emotional content.
If you can't come to me because of a specific difficulty, I'd be happy to come to you on the proviso you have a private space in which you can feel safe and free to talk in.
