Warm, creative, accepting, therapy for young people and adults.

I work with a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, depression, work related stress and bereavement in ways that research has shown are effective. We will collaborate to choose a pathway which suits you and supports you on your journey. Most clients make significant progress in between 6 and 12 sessions. The Therapy Huddersfield room is easy to reach from the town centre or M62 and has off street parking. If you would prefer I offer home visits across West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. Online Skype sessions are available.

I have extensive experience of working with young people and offer a warm, supportive atmosphere building trusting relationships. I understand that growing up is hard and that manging the emotions that accompany difficult life events is not easy. I provide a safe space for young people to explore their emotions and work through their problems.

Alongside my work with adults and young people I provide bespoke support and advice to families who are experiencing difficulties. This includes support for the families of young people with challenging behaviour or those who struggle with their emotions. I can also advise or signpost on school placement and EHCP issues.
