Therapeutic Services is a collective of therapists who work out of Catford. I hold a diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and have been working since 2007. For confidentiality reasons I don't provide references. My style is to talk to people looking for support and see how comfortable we feel about working together.

What do you love most about your job?
I love sitting along remarkable individuals who share their lives with me and together we make sense of what is important to them and how to move towards these goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to have a greater flexibility in working with clients, not being constrained in offering only 6 sessions but helping individuals for longer, less frequently i.e. Fortnightly, monthly. Whatever is appropriate
Why should our clients choose you?
They should only choose me if they feel comfortable with my style, I describe my self as person focussed therapist, I am passionate about helping people make sense of their world and how to manage difficult feelings and responses
