I thought I would take the time to write a review having had a think of ways to thank dean at Cox mortgages I can not thank him enough, he was truly the best guy I could ever wish for, I’ll start of by saying he had me a decision in principal within maybe 10 minutes of our first chat with a high street lender something I thought impossible, he did it right there and then no messing around taking down details and being passsed about, further calls that I made to him and thought he will have to get back to me oh no he would do it right there and then, every time he said give me five minutes he really ment five minutes he made me feel like I was the only client who mattered, me and my family needed this move so bad and Dean made it possible. ..: I do truly believe without Dean I would not be in the house I am in today with his brains and knowledge he helped me achieve the impossible. Very professional service. Me and my wife dealt with Dean Grainger. He went out of his way and went the extra mile. Everything was explained in a friendly environment. A number of queries we had were answered professionally & promptly by Dean, this is a big thing these days,some companies will just ignore the customer or say 'oh no not these again'!leaving customers frustrated and angry. We dealt with Dean Grainger whilst going through this company and I have to say we were extremely impressed, its also safe to say so were all of our family and friends. We had previously been given very bad advice and very little hope that this would ever happen for us.
