I train and support clients to feel happy and well, in both body and mind. I offer private/1:1 personal training sessions and programmes, across the full spectrum of physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
My training is precision-targeted to ensure each client meets their personal health and development goals - whether weight loss, cardio fitness, stamina/endurance, strength and toning or flexibility/agility or some aspect of personal and emotional development, including leadership development.
