End of Tenancy Cleaning
I have quoted and used the company for an end of tenancy professional clean.
Despite spending 3.5 hours in a 50sqm 1 bedroom flat, the cleaning has been described as "domestically" cleaned by an independent checkout professional and the rental agency had to reclean the flat and charge me.
Despite discussing with the Wright cleaners they told me that I should have provided more detail about the clean before, which I strongly disagree as I am not a professional cleaner her or advertise to do so.
In a nutshell, avoid this company for end of tenancy clean unless you want to take the risk to be charged twice.

As a business, we have conducted many end-of-tenancy cleans. According to our checklist, everything was done and photos were provided of this clean. A few months you sent us a reply stating there was issues with the estate agent which unfortunately are out of our control. As per our policy disputes should be raised within 24 hours so the property can be inspected. My advice would be to ensure the agent gives you a checklist along with expectations in order to get the deposit back in future. We apologise for your troubles, however we honoured our part in the deep clean for end of tenancy. We hope this resolves the issue. All the best! The Wright Cleaners

The job we wanted doing was to clean and tidy up our overrun garden. The job they done was excellent and so much better than we expected. The gentleman who done all the work was Paul Wright, he was very friendly and turned up on time every day and tidied up every day, he also put some paving stones down which look fantastic. We wear masks. Disinfect all your surfaces as part of the clean. We also have a 30-day covid spray.
