I’ve been training with Chris for about six months and can’t recommend him enough! Each session is very challenging and enjoyable as well as each week being varied. Chris is very knowledgeable and is great at adjusting a session if needed. The range of equipment Chris has makes each session really enjoyable. I have also been going to Chris’s spinning classes which I absolutely love. I had been to gym spin classes previously but Chris’s is definitely the best! I’ve just finished a first batch of 10 x 1-2-1 sessions with Chris and LOVE IT!!! The relationship we have makes the session not just informative for my own workouts but fun! He’s taken me from never wearing boxing gloves to now loving it every time. Been training here for a while now. Chris is a professional who manages his business and clients very well. The facilities are great with all equipment needed to keep you on track. The programmes are tailored to your needs/level of fitness. As a result you are never bored doing the same old all the time and you will soon notice a difference in you fitness levels. Recently I have been abroad, and have had to result in doing my classes virtually. Again Chris has proved to be punctual and professional even when we are dealing with a 4 hour time change. If you are looking for a trainer who can give you the desired results without breaking the bank, and has the knowledge and flexibility to work around your needs then look not further. More...

Chris is an absolutely brilliant trainer! He gives you so much time and attention and seems to know just what my body needs! I’ve been training with Chris for about 9 sessions now, and he’s managed to make me so much fitter and stronger than I ever thought I could be, just in those few weeks! I’ve enjoyed every single session, too! In addition, he’s a very lovely person and so easy to work with! Very professional and clearly knows what he’s talking about! I never ache in a bad way after the sessions and I used to have aching back and shoulders nearly every day! He knows how to challenge your body and also how to keep it safe!
