Had a fabulous 3 night stay for our daughter's wedding at the hotel. I can't praise them enough for their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. The food was delicious and every member of staff made you feel special. Nothing was too much trouble. The housekeeping staff the bar staff the restaurant staff ,the receptionists and the wedding specialists all superb..Thank you all so very much. If I could give more stars I would 110%! The Valley was the first venue we looked at to celebrate our wedding at and we instantly fell in love with the place, the staff are so helpful and I bet when they would see my 100 emails on the lead up to the big day they would of had enough of me but they weren't and were so professional and just lovely. We had our wedding yesterday and it was amazing we honestly loved every single thing about it, we didn't want it to end and have been on cloud 9 since Saturday morning. Massive thank you to Paige for making sure everything was amazing yesterday and a massive thank you chris for coming to the rescue and sorting out our cake stand that we couldn't fix and making us laugh.
