From start to finish our experience with UK adviser was incredible. I cannot recommend the team enough, we had the pleasure of working with Allen our mortgage adviser , to source the best mortgage deal. Allen provided us with the best deal and advice , walked us through to completion with many phone calls in -between. No question or query was too small , he is genuinely a credit to UK adviser and we will 100% go back to him with all of our mortgage needs. After Allen found us the best mortgage deal we dealt with Amelia who dealt with our underwrite process flawlessly and kept us informed every step of the way. I started the process of moving just before the pandemic, but like everything else, it stopped for a while. Brett was absolutely brilliant though - he kept in touch during & after, and when we picked this back up, he really couldn't do enough to help. The fees are slightly higher than others I was quoted but it was worth it.

We were struggling buying our first home, we had literally no idea where to start, we had tried setting up a mortgage on our own but the bank never rang back. I looked online for a mortgage advisor and UK adviser came up so I went onto the website and from the second I spoke to Craig my mind was at ease and everything was so much easier for us. I dealt with Brett and Holly during my mortgage transaction for buying my first home and both were absolutely wonderful. Always on hand to respond to emails and Holly was excellent as unfortunately our solicitors weren't the most responsive so Holly played a massive part in helping push them along!
