The Therapy Hub has a multi-modality approach to your therapy, which means I have several therapy options available, so I can use the most appropriate one to suit your needs. I work in-person as well as online or by phone, so you can feel comfortable in your own space and can attend sessions when it's convenient to you without having to travel.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people when they need it. I had PTSD myself a long time before I qualified. I had no idea what was wrong or what to do about it. I feel like the counsellor I had truly saved my life and that is why I trained and qualified in counselling myself, to be able to help others the way I was helped.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for twenty years in the childcare and education/family support profession, running my own business, so this comes naturally to me. I love making personal connections with people through my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I try and make the process of therapy as easy as possible and as friendly as possible. I know how difficult it is for people to work through their issues, and I try and make it as easy as possible for people.

Yes I work mostly online. I can also offer sessions over the phone. I started doing online sessions only before Covid-19 and found them to be as effective as working in-person with someone.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I started working online before Covid-19 and this has been the biggest change. I thought I would revert back to seeing people in-person only after Covid-19, but I have found that working online is just as effective for helping people, and because it's more convenient for them and they are somewhere comfortable for them, they actually seem to progress more easily.
